Administers wage, salary, and benefit programs in the plant in accordance with group, corporate policies, and union contracts.
Coordinated and execute activities for planning and organizing corporate events, conferences and meeting, and training programs.
Day-to-day attendance monitoring and updating Workers Responsible for answering employees' queries.
Handling all administrative functions in the company.
To closely budget monitoring in the actual expenses on regular basis and ensure expenses are curtailed within agreed budgets.
