We are looking for a HR Executive at GoPaani to manage our company’s HR Processes.
Location - Indore
Experience - Min 1 Yr
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Reaching out to potential candidates, screening candidates and scheduling interviews
2. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
3. Working with the seniors to manage the report of talent acquisition life-cycle including sourcing and engaging candidates in all fields
4. Developing company LinkedIn page and talent communities
5. Managing new staff initiation and onboarding
6. Maintaining employee time sheets
7. Processing new Joiner paperwork for payroll and other groups including the creation of offer letter and other necessary documentation
