Job description HR Admin of the plantÂ

HR / administrative officer responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies, and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.
handling labor document maintenance of the plantÂ

Applications are invited from male Graduate candidates for the post of HR Administration.
The candidate should have an experience of 3 to 7 years as a support staff.
Daily MIS Preparation, including GIS Based data Management
Accounts, Data Entry, Verification, /Document Management
Having Good working knowledge in MS Office (word excel) ,mail Transactions.
Overseeing labor accommodation
Recruitment Coordination/scheduling
overseeing of recruitment/onboarding process
Complain Handling Coordination with the Operation plant team / Office Management.
ensuring employee records are complete and regularly updated
Should be having a good Communication Skills : Marathi speaking and writing
should have sincerity towards work. / handling labor document maintenance
Should be having a good learning attitude
Track Supply order execution/vendor Supplied.
Preparation of reports /' tracking purchase sales using MS Excel.
Payment follow-up /collection follow-up.
Depositing of Petty cash management.
Managing Admin / Finance-related work.
