Years of Experience : 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR and Training into Retail Industry only
Education- Graduation in any field or Masters in any field
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities-
· Actively contribute to all HR and Training related activities for the region.
· Support Regional HRT Manager in HR activities like Recruitment, Performance Appraisal etc.
· Identify training and development needs within organization through job analysis appraisals and regular consultation with managers/supervisors and other stakeholders.
· Support content development to enrich existing training and development programs and develop new programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
· Implement all training programs in the region such as induction, classroom trainings, workshops, online/video trainings and On the Job Training's and so on.
· Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budget.
· Maintain training related tracker, reports and MIS.
· Assist in selection and management of external vendors for trainings to be delivered.
· Manage the delivery of training and development programs.
· Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
· Ensure that statutory training requirements are met.
· Evaluate training and development programs.
· Have an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant be involved and implement.
· Should be willing to travel.
