Purpose: To support manager/AM-HR, in building strategic talent pool, generate and implement organisation development interventions to retain best talent and nurturing organisation brand and day to day operations.
Responsibilities
To help create pipeline of talent by best hiring strategies & practices as per organisation’s dynamic growth and vision.To help handhold, onboard, orient and induct inflow of talent in the system.To connect and build positive working relationship with the stakeholdersTo help facilitate in managing successful, smooth employee life cycle in the organisation.To help in day to day HR operation i.e. Offer/Appointmnet/Joining Formalities/PF/ESITo help in carry out necessary administrative duties

Educational Qualifications
GraduatePreference to MBA in HR
Experience
1-4 years of experience in HR DomainPreference to experience in Education/EdTech & IT industry
