Assisting Senior with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesMaintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation online and offline.Maintain employee attendance reportInterview scheduling, calling given by Senior - use interview scheduling\tracking form. Get the relevants forms filled by the candidate and maintain all the required databaseAssist in employee documentation like offer , appointment and exit documents & formalities.Knowledge of HR Compliances like - ESIC PF Bonus etc.Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.Handle adminstrative activities - like printing work , vendor management , maintenance , issuing equipements

Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
