Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition:
• Work with the Product Head to manage the end-to-end hiring process.
• Recruit for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Post job ads, create job descriptions, and maintain career pages.
• International Hiring:
• Manage recruitment for both India and Dubai offices.
• HR Operations:
• Ensure office attendance, foster a positive work culture, and resolve employee queries.
• Learning & Development:
• Learn about the hiring process and company products to align recruitment with business goals.
• Team Management:
• Support team development and help build an effective workforce.
Key Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in HR.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and job boards.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Proactive in learning and growth.
