Job description, work day and responsibilities
• Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
• Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement
smoothly and have a positive initial experience.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Implement and monitor employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Performance Management:
Support performance appraisal processes, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry regulations relevant to the real estate sector.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and company standards.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.
Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Assist in the development and management of compensation and benefits packages, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis as required.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare and manage HR reports and metrics for senior management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the real estate industry or a related sector.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Desirable Traits:
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate industry trends and challenges.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address complex HR issues with innovative solutions.
