Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees. You will assist in various tasks including payroll, recruitment, selection, orientation and employee training and development etc; RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS \xe2\x+e\xa2 Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes \xe2\x+e\xa2 Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives \xe2\x+e\xa2 Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise \xe2\x+e\xa2 Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters \xe2\x+e\xa2 Undertake tasks around performance management \xe2\x+e\xa2 Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly \xe2\x+e\xa2 Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities \xe2\x+e\xa2 Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents (Electronic & Paper Form), benefits and attendance records \xe2\x+e\xa2 Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. \xe2\x+e\xa2 Adhering to all the company\xe2\x80\x++s rules and regulations. \xe2\x+e\xa2 Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
• BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
• Additional HR training will be a plus
