An HR operation executive will handle the effective operation and execution of the internal HR system
Responsibilities
• Providing orientation and training to the new employees
• Carry out tasks assigned by the HR Manager
• Input records of the personnel, maintain and update records in human resources systems for ready reference
• Create and maintain employee relations for the smooth implementation and execution of various company operations and policies
• Carrying out performance evaluations tasks for appraisals is one of the key points in HR operations executive job description.
• Preparing periodic reports and assisting the management in making management decisions
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
• Experience as an HR operations executive or its equivalent will be an add on
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
