Full Job Description
As an HR Executive at Coltene, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of HR services to the business. You will be a trusted advisor to the business in all matters related to Human Resources, with a focus on developing and executing strategies to improve employee engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Work in partnership with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies.
Manage employee relations issues, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and other employee disputes.
Develop and manage a recruitment program to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
Manage the performance management process and ensure that performance is reviewed and discussed on a regular basis.
Develop and deliver employee training and development programs.
Monitor and evaluate employee satisfaction surveys and other performance metrics.
Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication.
Monitor and analyze trends in labor law and HR best practices.

Salary: ₹15,405.18 - ₹28,334.41 per month
