We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Executive to join our dynamic human resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective HR practices across the organization. You will utilize your expertise in ATS and HRMS tools to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, with exposure to all HR operations
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
