Responsibilities and Duties
- Learning the best practices in recruitment and sourcing to assist with hiring top talent
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Source potential candidates from various job portals and Social media.
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Interview schedule with technical team.
- Regular follow-up with candidates.
- Data management of called candidates.
- Handling daily office-work
- Have Relevant Skills And Interests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
