Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior HR Executive with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. The role requires close coordination with management and responsibility for hiring across group companies. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys ownership of recruitment processes and working in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Develop and update job descriptions based on organizational requirements
• Post job openings on online recruitment portals and relevant platforms
• Screen and shortlist resumes as per role criteria
• Conduct initial candidate screening and HR interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with Directors and senior stakeholders
• Ensure timely follow-ups and candidate communication
• Maintain accurate recruitment data
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates
• Coordinate with management on recruitment planning
• Report directly to the Director / HR Head
Qualifications & Experience
• MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English is essential
Note: This position is not open to freshers or interns.
