Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to join our mission-driven team. Your focus will be on sourcing, screening, and onboarding professionals who align with our values and are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the field of cancer care.
Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing & Recruitment: Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
• Employer Branding: Promote Dr. Krishna's Cancer Healer Center as an employer of choice in the healthcare industry.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare roles and compliance requirements is a plus.
