Role and Responsibilities:
• Handling end to end recruitment for all types of requirements.
• Responsible for end to end recruitment for all the levels - Junior, Mid and senior level requirements.
• Responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, short listing the resumes, scheduling, conducting interviews, negotiating salaries & joining formalities.
• Interacting with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and preparing recruitment strategies accordingly to fulfill the positions.
• Attending meetings with stakeholders in order to meet deadlines, maintaining output and cost effective hiring.
• Making daily, weekly and monthly report for tracking over all hiring.
• Building good rapport with the business and the team members.
• Identify and prioritize the requirement as per the urgency of the business and accordingly develop a proper work plan.
• Generating a database of candidates through various sources such as Jobsites, Employee referrals, Networking websites (Professional & Social) etc.
• Successfully achieved recruitments targets in high pressure, rapid change & highly competitive environments.
• Negotiating and releasing offers for selected candidates.
• Initiate the background checks for the offered candidates and ensure it is done before the joining of the candidate.
• Handholding offered candidates till joining.
• Follow up with offered candidates to ensure offer to onboard conversion.
• Responsible for sending the weekly reports to the business on the weekly activity on each position date of joining
• Managing the weekend recruitment drives which comprise of identifying and coordinating with the technical panelists
