We are a premier resort looking for an HR Executive who can balance the human side of hospitality with the structured side of HR operations. If you are organized, a great communicator, and ready to take ownership of our team's lifecycle, we want you!
🏡 Work Model: Hybrid (Blend of on-site resort coordination and remote work)
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month
📍 Location: Rurban Resort, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
You will be the backbone of our workforce management, handling everything from onboarding to daily operations:
• Roster & Time Management: Manage daily attendance, staff timings, and seamless shift allocations across departments.
• Payroll & Documentation: Handle salary management and manage all EPF & ESI documentation and filing efficiently.
• Employee Lifecycle: Oversee smooth onboarding for new hires and maintain flawless, up-to-date staff records.
• Employee Relations: Act as the go-to person for staff internal matter resolutions, ensuring a positive and harmonious work culture.
• Operational Planning: Create and manage holiday plans and leave schedules that align with resort peak seasons.
• Staff Training: Preparing documentation for staff training and giving live training to staff for upkeep of Resort standards and professional attitude
What We Are Looking For:
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Hindi is non-negotiable (you will be interacting with management as well as ground-level staff).
• Core HR Knowledge: Hands-on experience with attendance tracking, roster management, and statutory compliances (EPF/ESI).
• People Skills: Strong conflict-resolution skills and an empathetic approach to handling staff grievances.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or a service-oriented industry is a huge plus, but not mandatory if you are a quick learner.
