The ideal candidate will support the full spectrum of HR functions for our Chennai-based employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates and coordinating logistics
• Administer employee benefits programs relevant to our Chennai workforce, addressing employee queries and ensuring proper enrollment and documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with local regulations
Requirements:
• Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and local labor laws in Tamil Nadu and India
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Fluency in Tamil is highly preferred and often essential for effective communication with local employees
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
