SUMMARY:
Be the single point of contact for HR related matters for Vadodara office to be based out of Vadodara office. Coordinates the implementation of Human Resources policies, programs, and procedures.
JOB DIMENSIONS:
A. Supervision Received
• Receives functional and operational direction from Senior HR Business Partner, India Offices
• Receives administrative direction from Office Manager – Vadodara.
B. Contacts
Internal
• Contacts Senior HR Business Partner, India Offices to provide assistance in policy interpretation or in implementation of personnel programs.
External
Establish corporate relationship with renowned hospitals in Vadodara for driving wellness initiatives.
Contacts academic institutions and management representatives of other companies to obtain information which would maintain Bechtel’s competitiveness within the industry.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
• Support functions to ensure the projects are staffed as per requirements by hiring expert personnel through various channels, such as employee referrals, print advertisement, social media, and recruitment consultants,
• Administers and/or implements personnel programs for divisions, special operations or services. Assists in administering Talent Management programs by engaging with projects & functions.
• Prepares drafts of organization-wide HR communication.
