Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team at Cizzara Film Studio. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for a wide range of human resources activities, including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization attracts and retains top talent and maintains a positive and engaging work culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making job offers
• Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
• Handle employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and programs
• Handle other HR administrative tasks as assigned
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is preferred
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
