Job Description
Recruitment and Hiring: Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers of employment.
Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing disciplinary procedures.
Onboarding and Training: Ensuring new hires are properly integrated into the company and provide them with necessary training.
Policy Implementation: Developing, updating, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Performance Management: Conducting performance reviews, developing improvement plans, and providing feedback.
Compensation and Benefits: Managing payroll, benefits administration, and creating or updating compensation packages.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Employee Engagement: Implementing programs and initiatives to foster employee engagement and a positive work environment.
HR Records and Reporting: Maintaining accurate employee records and generating reports.
