Making Strategies to hire employees at different levels from various sourcing channels. Internal hiring and training of team members. Walk in, Campus Interviews. Mass Campaigns. Job Posting & Bulk mailing on Free/Other job sites like Naukri, Monster, Timesjobs, indeed, Quikr, etc. Hiring of senior to junior all types of vacancies with quality delivery within given time.
Entire Recruitment Process Details-Creating Network, Sourcing candidates, conduct phone interview, schedule interview and coordinate between hiring manager and the candidate.
Handling Queries from employees related to Payroll, Compliances. Legal, employees related issues. Serve as a link between management, customers and employees by handling questions. Creating MIS reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis
