HR & Finance Supervisor responsibilities and duties
Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the companyUse financial modeling to simulate financial scenariosPresent potential scenarios and outcomes to management teamManage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documentsCollaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategiesCollaborate with external agencies and timely provide supporting/necessary documents to file GST, IT and other license renewalsExamine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principlesMaintain company accounts ledgers and other recordsResponsible for HR process (recruitment, training etc)Responsible for ADMIN process (House keeping, Security, Gardening etc)Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situationsResponsible for HR process

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
