Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 0–1 years of experience who are looking to begin a career in HR. The candidate will assist with daily HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, record maintenance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Help in onboarding new hires, preparing documents, and conducting orientation sessions. Assist with exit processes and documentation.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and assist in preparing reports and documentation.
Employee Engagement:
Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, internal communications, and surveys.
Policy Compliance:
Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed and documentation is up to date.
Learning & Development:
Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance and feedback records.
Payroll & Attendance Support:
Help track employee attendance, leaves, and assist in preparing data for payroll processing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
