Overview of Job
HR trainees have to handle the various job functions assigned to the trainee effectively so that he or she can easily progress to higher levels. A trainee in the field has to work hard towards ensuring that all office functions are carried out smoothly by maintaining the relation between employees and employers. They also have to assist with developing and implementing various procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Sourcing and hiring through job portals.
• Screening candidates.
• Identifying candidates as per requisition.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and concerned panels.
• Data reporting
• Regular follow-ups with candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Good Communication skills.
• Should be problem solving
• Should be a good learner.
• Team Player.
• Basic PC skills.
Work Location
Indore - MP
Working Model
Work from Office.
