Role Description
This is a full-time on-site HR Generalist role located in Banswara. The HR Generalist will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
Qualifications
???? Immediate Joiner Preferred
???? Hospitality Background will be a Plus
1. Hands-on experience in HR ops, recruitment, onboarding & compliance
2. Strong interpersonal & communication skills
3. Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
4. Prior experience in hospitality or hotel pre-openings is a major advantage
