• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Competency in maintaining accurate employee records.
• Understanding of HR principles, practices, and relevant laws.
• Able to identify and resolve HR-related issues.
• Willingness to learn and develop HR skills.
