Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Oversee onboarding for new employees, ensuring a welcoming and effective integration into the company.
• Performance Management
• Implement and manage a performance management system (PMS) to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate regular reviews, feedback sessions, and improvement plans (PIPs).
• Analyze performance data to suggest strategies for improvement.
• Talent Development
• Assess training needs across the organization and design relevant training programs.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities.
• Create and implement career development plans for employees, focusing on skill enhancement and growth.
• Employee Relations
• Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
• Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, promoting a harmonious work environment.
• Conduct exit interviews and use feedback to improve employee retention strategies.
• HR Compliance and Administration
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.
• Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
• Compensation and Benefits
• Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Assist in the annual salary review process and manage employee benefits enrollment.
• Diversity and Inclusion
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
• Support the implementation of programs and policies that foster an inclusive workplace.
• System Development
• Develop and improve HR systems to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement new technologies and systems.
• Working Process Development
• Analyze current processes followed by various departments and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement new working processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• SOP Development
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various departments functions.
• Ensure SOPs are clearly documented, accessible, and followed consistently across the organization.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development and process improvement preferred.

Skills And Competencies
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in HR-related software.
• Experience in training and development program design and implementation.

• Ability to develop clear and effective SOPs.
