Job Description
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources manager
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel and office activities
Coordinate office projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes and prepare reports for management
Deal and coordinate with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant attendance data (absences, leaves, timesheets etc)
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures and escalate as per matrix
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Assist in any travel bookings as requested
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Perform receptionist duties when needed

Requirements and skills
Proven experience as an HR Assistant/ HR and Office Coordination or relevant human resources/administrative position
Fast computer typing skills MS Office, in detail
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills- English, Hindi, Marathi
Degree in Human Resources or related field
