Job Title: People Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department by managing two key pillars: talent acquisition (50%) and HR generalist responsibilities (50%). They will be responsible for attracting top talent, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, driving employee engagement initiatives, and acting as an HR business partner to align people strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and define job requirements.
• Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract the right talent.
• Actively source and screen candidates using various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.).
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements and culture fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communications, and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and collaborate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain and update recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and present reports to the leadership team.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, including team events, celebrations, and wellness programs.
• Manage a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
• Partner with managers to create personalized onboarding plans for new employees to accelerate their integration and productivity.
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
• Support organizational development initiatives, including training programs and leadership development efforts.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with a strong focus on recruitment and HR generalist activities.
• Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes and tools.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
