HR Generalist

This is a remote position. Your Role: The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of human resources tasks, excluding recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will manage various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities: • Employee Relations: Manage remote workforce challenges, fostering strong, open communication across distances. • Performance Management Implement online systems for performance reviews and employee development. • Training and Development: Create and execute remote training programs leveraging digital tools and platforms. • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure HR activities comply with legal standards, with an understanding of global differences. • HR Technology Proficiency: Leverage HR tech tools for efficiency and effectiveness in remote settings. • Culture and Engagement: Cultivate a strong remote work culture, promoting engagement and collaboration. • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making. • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position. • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labour laws. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
