Location: Fairbanks or Wasilla, AK
Pay: $60,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

TDL Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations for a growing organization. In this role, you’ll assist with recruiting, hiring, and employee retention efforts while helping maintain organized personnel records and supporting overall HR processes. The right candidate is organized, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes
Assist with employee retention and general HR initiatives
Maintain and electronically track personnel files and documentation
Ensure accurate and confidential handling of employee information
Provide general administrative support for HR operations

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills, including phone and email
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Dependable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Business-related education or background preferred
Minimum Requirements
Valid driver’s license
