Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Preparation of salaries, ensuring due process is adhered to by all members
Preparation / maintenance of all records and documents of staff
Employment verification, external and internal communication
MBA/ PG in HR
3-5 years of Experience in Recruitment and Payrolls
Salary range - 30,000 to Rs. 55,000 per month
2nd and 4th Saturday off , All sundays off

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Master's (Preferred)
Experience:
