Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management, recruitment, and talent development.
• This is a full-time role that involves overseeing end-to-end human resource functions, including employee onboarding, talent retention, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
• The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing HR policies, handling employee relations concerns, coordinating training and development programs, and creating a positive work environment.
MUST have 3+ years of experience in HR from the oil and gas industry ONLY
Key Responsibilities:
• Human Resource Management: Develop and implement effective HR strategies, manage recruitment processes, and oversee employee onboarding.
• Talent Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, handle employee concerns, and resolve conflicts.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR from the oil and gas industry.
• Proven track record of success in HR management, recruitment, and talent development.
