Responsibilities
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
This role is vital to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operations
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving issues
Maintain positive employee relationships by providing guidance on policies and conflict resolution
Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management
Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including maintaining accurate employee records and conducting audits as necessary
Training and Development: Coordinate and assist with employee training programs to support ongoing development and compliance with healthcare regulations
Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate timekeeping, visit verifications and payroll processing
HR Policy Development: Assist in the development and updating of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
Performance Management: Assist in +0 day and annual employee evaluations, PIPs, disciplinary action, etc
Other duties as assigned

Job Overview:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
