• Update our internal databases with new employees information, including contact details and employment forms.
• Documentation Policies Onboarding and offboarding, Entry and Exit formalities
Recruitment
• End to End recruitment of Chartered Accounts, Accountants, Sales, HR, and Operations.
• Screen resumes and application forms.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Conducting interviews and processing further for technical rounds
• Post, update/remove job ads from job boards, careers pages/social networks.
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive.
• Candidate should be well versed with Excel, word, Job portals.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidate should NOT be pursuing further studies.
• Only local candidates residing in Mumbai needs to apply.
