Primary Responsibilities
A. Recruitment
• Work closely and form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations from both candidate and interviewer.
• Execution of sourcing strategies with the help of applicant tracking systems like Freshteam
• Onboarding new recruitment partners on freshteam.
• Handling multiple Recruitment partners for recruitment support, sending calendar invites, following up with Partner SPOC & candidates for the scheduled interviews & receiving feedback.
• Sourcing profiles from different job portals for the relevant requirements.
• Design & track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire etc.
• Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
• Issuing Appointment letter to the selected candidate.
B. Employee Relations
• Initiate & implement Employee Engagement activities
• Responsible for completing all prerequisites for employee onboarding as well as off-boarding & build competencies to handle Complete Onboarding & Off-boarding process.
• Collaborating cross-functionally in developing a strong referral network.
• Execute off-sites & events.
C. Employer Branding
• Ideating and scheduling Employer Branding Campaigns
• Conduct internal & external research to know how the organization is perceived & how it is positioned in relation to the competition.
• Develop and use metrics to assess and track the success of the employer brand.
Professional Traits
• Hands on experience with recruiting software
• Prior experience in niche hiring
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to analyze data & provide recommendations
• Basic understanding of employment laws & regulations
• Decent understanding of the start-up ecosystem
• Ability to discover & attract passive talents.
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Excellent record-keeping skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Obsessive about smashing targets out of the window
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking skills.
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources(preferable)/Business Management or equivalent with a very good academic track record.
• Minimum 6 months of proven experience as a Recruiter, HR Generalist or similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet research
