Job Description
As an Human Resource Generalist you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department.
Your duties will include facilitating new hire orientations, processing paperwork for new hires, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Issue offer letters Initiate background checks Complete the I-+ and E-verify process Following-up with candidates for all pending documents and information Store all documents and background checks on the Google Drive Schedule new hire orientations and coordinate orientations for IT and finance departments Notify account managers and reporting managers of upcoming new hires Frequently monitor the Jira dashboard and respond to tickets Conduct exit interviews Deactivate profiles in ADP Send separation and relieving letters Create profiles in ADP and update as needed Generate reports in ADP as needed
Required Skills:
Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously Excellent oral and written communication skills required including ability to present effective presentations in a virtual environment Ability to work well with people with varying technical and business abilities
Desired Skills:
Organizational skills, presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively are required Experience with Google Suite is a plus Experience with MS Office Word and Powerpoint are a plus Demonstrate an ability to problem-solve Education and
Experience Requirement: 1-2 year of experience Previous experience in Human Resources
