About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and human resource support for Kent Institute Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on all Human Resource related issues.
Assist in developing and implementing HRM strategies that align with business objectives.
Support payroll processes, ensuring compliance with statutory entitlements.
Implement and manage data for annual reviews and workforce planning updates, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
A degree in HRM or a related field with at least 3 years of HR support experience.
Demonstrated success in implementing strategic HR projects or initiatives.
Expertise in interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
