Synopsis of Role:
This is HR Generalist role - 40% HR Operations, 20% Payroll and 40% Recruitment profile.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing potential candidates from various online platform like Naukri, linkdelin, Twitter and other professional platforms.
Screening resumes and perform prescreening calls to analyze candidates abilities
Assisting in HR operational and compliance tasks.
Sending Communication mailers
Updating Master database- making different reports and maintaining MIS dashboards
Attendance Management
Draft and Issuance of all types of HR letters
File Management
Any other task (within the HR Function) as and when directed by Head HR.
Skill and Competencies :
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years’ HR experience a plus
Good verbal communication skills
Candidate should be well versed with Employee Communication.
