Position Overview
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting and executing human resources initiatives across our client portfolio. This person will provide day-to-day HR support in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, training, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and excited by the opportunity to work across multiple industries and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for all client companies
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and communication with vendors
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures tailored to each company’s unique needs
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Participate in investigations and employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
Assist with performance management processes and documentation
Help develop and deliver training programs on topics such as compliance, leadership, and communication
Collaborate closely with the Director of HR and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic HR support
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of HR generalist/coordinator or equivalent experience
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience managing HR functions across multiple industries or business units is a plus
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be legally able to work in Canada
Must be located in Metro Vancouver
