About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead HR compliance, governance and workforce systems in a dynamic environment.
The role offers direct collaboration with leadership, professional autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to strategic workforce and compliance outcomes.
Responsibilities:
1. HR Governance & Compliance
Maintain HR policies, governance frameworks and compliance registers.
Ensure HR practices align with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external HR audits.
Oversee workplace injury and compensation processes in coordination with insurance and payroll.
2. Workforce Planning, Recruitment & Onboarding
Maintain accurate job descriptions and position documentation.
Ensure recruitment requests align with approved workforce structure.
Manage recruitment advertising and candidate coordination.
Support interview and selection processes.
Ensure compliant employment documentation and onboarding processes.
3. Performance & Reward Administration
Support performance review cycles (probation, mid-year, annual).
Maintain structured performance documentation.
Assist with salary review and bonus documentation processes.
4. HR Reporting & Analytics
Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, time to hire, absenteeism, etc.).
Prepare HR reports to support management decision-making.
Identify workforce trends and compliance risks.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field.
2+ years’ experience in HR operations, compliance, or governance.
Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Highly organised with strong documentation and coordination skills.
Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 management systems and audit process.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Professional, ethical and confident communicator.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
