Preparation of MIS Reports make HR policy as per act Payroll software, Compliance submit online portal, ERP Recruitment Induction to Exit process.(HR Generalist) Salary negotiation, I handle of various Job portal sites Employees engagement and Grievance I can prepare cost cutting report department wise Handel Guest house, Pantry, Staff gathering, Guest boarding and handle the transportation, CSR etc.
