Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

We are looking for a seasoned HR Head to lead our HR function and align people strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep HR expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and a background in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive strategic HR initiatives to support business growth
• Lead recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
• Ensure HR compliance and manage risk
• Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts
• Oversee learning & development and succession planning
• Manage HR operations for the manufacturing unit
• Create detailed reports and presentations using advanced MS Office tools
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Proven record in employee engagement & talent management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• People-first mindset with a hands-on approach

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
