Educational Qualification: PG : MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations

What to expect from the role
Establish Organizational DesignCreate an Action PlanOversee important hiring, recruiting decisions.Approve and implement various policies to improve the department.Hold a position of high responsibility and have a scope for growth to other job rolesGuide teams towards finishing projects.
Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning & BudgetingHR Policies & ProceduresTaking care of documentation, Background verification, salary negotiation.Taking care of Joining formalities, induction and on-boarding.Taking care of Employee engagement activities, handling grievances of the employees, coordinate with corporate social responsible group in execution of various people programs like employee of the month, employee birthday celebration.Sudden visit to the sites and one and one discussion with employees.Taking exit interviews & proper documentation of exit interviews.Performance AppraisalEmployee counselingcompetency mappingData Management (Attendance and Leave data, preparation of PF & ESIC and other statutory data).Payroll and ComplianceReview the budget for the department and ensure it is being adhered to.Ensure the department is adhering to company policies and regulations.Minimum wage calculation whenever there is a change in min wage.Keep information about changes and the latest amendments related to compliance and other changes if there are any.Policies and procedures are related to compliance activity.Empanelment of hospital with the insurance company.
