The Induction/Onboarding Intern will support the HR team in creating a positive and efficient onboarding experience for new employees. The intern will assist in various aspects of the induction and onboarding process, including documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks. s.Key Responsibilitie
• s:Assist in the development and improvement of onboarding materials and processe
• s.Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding for new hire
• s.Maintain and update employee records and documentatio
• n.Schedule and coordinate onboarding activities, including orientations, welcome meetings, and training session
• s.Provide administrative support to the HR team as neede
• d.Assist in the creation of welcome kits for new employee
• s.Conduct post-onboarding surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvemen
• t.Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigne
d.Required Qualification
• s:Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fiel
• d.Strong organizational and time management skill
• s.Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• s.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• ).Attention to detail and accurac
• y.Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
