About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support HR operations such as payroll coordination, leave management, and documentation.
Help in drafting HR policies and procedures.
Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
Handle administrative tasks related to HR functions.
Provide general support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements:
Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and people management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
