Location: Delhi
Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR intern who is eager to learn multiple skill by working in numerous HR functionalities. We can ensure an extraordinary learning experience for interns.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and provide appropriate solution
· Crafting creative job postings and mailers to attract active and passive candidates
· Manage job posting on Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing sites or portals.
· Ability to manage MIS and HRIS
· Assist in day-to-day HR activities
· Able to demonstrate professional work ethic
· Gather and organize job applications and screen resumes
· Research industry trends related to the organisation’s Human Resource Department
· Ability to work as a part of team with a result driven approach
· Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Educational & Experience requirements:
· Master’s Degree in HR.
Key Personal Attributes:
· Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skill
· Proactive and having good interpersonal skill
· Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
· Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
