Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Design and update job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online channels (eg:- Naukri, LinkedIn, etc)
● Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
● Screen incoming resumes and application forms
● Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
● Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
● Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
● Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
● Pre-joining formalities and onboarding on the day of joining Coordinate. SKILLS REQUIRED:
● Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or a related field.
● Proven experience working in an office environment.
● The ability to work as part of a team.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
● Effective communication skills.
● Detail-oriented.
