HR Intern

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist with various HR tasks, such as creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also gain experience in HR management and develop valuable skills in a professional environment. Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings. Coordinate interviews and assist in the interview process. Support the onboarding process for new hires. Prepare orientation materials and help organize orientation sessions. Assist in creating and maintaining employee personnel files. Provide administrative support for employee relations activities. Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records. Assist in compiling HR metrics and reports. Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are in. compliance with applicable. laws and regulations. Support HR audits and documentation processes. Respond to HR-related queries from employees. Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
